Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Dren Abazi Brand for your shopping needs. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to understand how we handle the delivery of your orders.

Shipping Timeframe

  • We are based in Albania, and all our products are made to order. It takes approximately 2-3 days to prepare your order before it is shipped out.
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow additional time for delivery, which may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select during checkout.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently offer shipping to customers within Albania and select international destinations. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for international orders, and delivery times may vary.
  • For orders outside of Albania, all sales in our administration are treated as sales in Albania, including 20% Albanian VAT (TVSH)

U.S. Orders and Import Duties

  • Due to recent policy changes, a 10% tariff has been imposed on products imported from Albania to the United States. As a result, U.S.-based customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, including this 10% tariff, upon delivery. These charges are not included in your checkout total and will be collected by U.S. customs or your local courier service before final delivery.
  • We advise U.S. customers to check with local customs authorities for more detailed information. By placing an order to the United States, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any import charges applied.

EU Orders and Import Duties

  • All orders are shipped from Albania, a non-EU country. As a result, EU orders may be subject to local import VAT upon arrival, in accordance with EU regulations. For most EU countries, this typically corresponds to the standard local VAT rate (approximately 19–21%, depending on the destination country), while customs duties generally apply only to orders exceeding €150. Any import VAT, handling fees, or related charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the order total at checkout. These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and remain outside of our control, as current local legislation requires us to process all sales with Albanian VAT included.

Australia & New Zealand Orders and Import Duties

  • All orders are shipped from Albania. As Albania is not part of Australia’s or New Zealand’s domestic tax systems, orders shipped to these destinations may be subject to local import taxes upon arrival.
  • For Australia, imported goods may be subject to 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
  • For New Zealand, imported goods may be subject to 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
  • Depending on the order value and local regulations, these charges may be collected by customs authorities or the courier service prior to final delivery. Additional customs clearance or handling fees may also apply.
  • All import taxes, duties, and related charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the order total at checkout. These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. By placing an order to Australia or New Zealand, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any import charges applied by local authorities.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and the shipping method selected during the checkout process. These charges will be displayed before you confirm your order.

Delivery Methods

  • We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs. You can choose your preferred shipping method during checkout.

Defective Items

  • We take great care to ensure the quality of our products, but in the rare event that you receive a defective item, please contact us at contact@drenabazibrand.com within 5 days of receiving the item.
  • We will replace defective items free of charge. Please provide clear photos of the defect to assist us in processing your replacement request.

Returns and Refunds

  • Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds for reasons other than receiving a defective item.
  • To request a replacement for a defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item, and we will be happy to assist you.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
